Due to the high quality of our raw materials, it is essential to care for your Aristocrazy jewels with delicacy. We want them to last a long time, so here are a few tips to extend their life and get the most out of them.
CARE
- Before wearing your jewel, check the clasp and stone settings to avoid losing pieces.
- Handle your jewels with care.
- Protect your jewels from impacts, even a diamond can chip or scratch if struck or subjected to repeated impacts.
- Avoid contact of your jewels with perfume, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products and other chemical substances.
- Remove your jewels when showering or washing your hands.
- Do not wear your jewels in the sea or pool; salt water and chlorine can damage them causing them to lose their shine.
CLEANING
- Clean your jewel regularly with a chamois cloth. If it has stones, for optimal cleaning, this should be done using the ultrasound technique.
- Once a year, take your jewel to your nearest store for it to be checked, cleaned and restored to its unique shine with a bath for silver pieces and a polish for gold pieces.
HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELS?
- Do not leave your jewels piled together, this will prevent them from scratching each other.
- It is advisable to store your jewel in a velvet pouch.
- Store them in a cool, dry place, away from damp areas.

- If the watch is not waterproof, we recommend not getting it wet.
- Avoid contact of the watch with perfume, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products and other chemical substances.
- Do not wear bracelets on the same wrist and try not to sleep with it to avoid scratching it.
- We recommend having your watch checked between the first and second year to verify the battery and mechanism and check its water resistance.
CLEANING
- Clean the watch face and case regularly.
- Know the materials of your watch for proper hygiene.

- Store your watch in its original box or in a special case for this purpose.
- Do not leave your watch with other jewels piled together, preventing scratches.

ARISTOCRAZY WATCH WARRANTY
Your Aristocrazy watch has a two-year warranty in accordance with the conditions of this warranty.
The warranty on your Aristocrazy watch covers defects that may arise from manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of the watch, under the terms established by the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
The warranty only comes into force if you present the purchase receipt and the warranty certificate is duly completed, stamped and dated by an official Aristocrazy establishment at the time of purchase.
During its validity period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate under the specified terms, your watch will be repaired or replaced by Aristocrazy subject to examination and decision by Aristocrazy's Technical Service.
The following are expressly excluded from this warranty:
- Damage resulting from misuse of the watch.
- Watches tampered with by personnel external to the Official Aristocrazy After-Sales Service that have undergone alterations outside our control, as well as use of inappropriate batteries.
- Alterations and damage caused by corrosive acids and other products.
- Normal wear and ageing of the watch's appearance.
- Battery replacement.
- Loss or theft.
WATCH SPECIFICATIONS AND USAGE TIPS
- WATER RESISTANCE: If your Aristocrazy watch is water-resistant to 5 atmospheres (50 metres). In the event of opening the case for battery replacement or other maintenance, it is necessary to check water resistance at an Aristocrazy point of sale.
- ANTIMAGNETISM: The module of your Aristocrazy watch may be temporarily affected by strong magnetic fields, causing the watch to run slow or fast. The watch will resume its normal rate when the influence of the magnetic field ends.
- AVOID STRONG IMPACTS: Your watch can withstand movements and shocks that may occur in normal daily life, but not extremely strong impacts.
- AVOID CHEMICAL PRODUCTS: If your watch comes into contact with products such as petrol, nail polish, adhesives or paints, discolouration, deterioration or damage to the case, bracelet or other components may occur.
