What are the shipping costs for an order?

Shipping takes 5-7 business days and is done via USPS.

There are 30 days for exchanges and returns, provided the item is in perfect condition.

Which countries do we ship to and what is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on the country or delivery area.

All indicated timeframes are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

During special periods or campaigns, shipping times may be longer due to high demand.

Can the order be sent to another person?

The order can be sent as a gift to another person by indicating this during the checkout process. We always ship our jewellery in a special package perfect for gifting.

Returns

What is the return period?

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. All returns are free.

During the first 15 calendar days, you can request a refund to the original payment method or request a STORE CREDIT for the equivalent value of the order.

How do I process a return?

You can visit any of our authorised store* and leave your jewellery there.

To return an online order, you must present the purchase invoice you received by email.

To return an in-store purchase, you must present the purchase receipt.

Returns will not be accepted if the jewellery is a custom-made piece, such as a wedding band, or if it has been altered: size adjustments and/or engraving. Please remember that the jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, well protected.

What are the return shipping costs?

All returns are free.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in order, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on your bank.

Can I request an exchange?

If you do not like a piece of jewellery or it is not your size, it is not possible to exchange it for another item.

You can make a free return and place a new order.

Can an order be cancelled?

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. You will be able to return it once you have received it.

How do I check my order status?

You will also receive an email from the courier company with the shipping code to track it on their website. This email usually arrives within 24 business hours after purchase.

During periods of high demand, your order may be cancelled due to stock shortages. In this case, the amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

How do I choose a ring size?

At Aristocrazy we work with odd sizes from 4.5 to 10.5 for most of our rings.

18kt gold rings can be purchased in any size, as they are made to measure. For this type of jewellery, please visit one of our physical stores.

Quality warranty

Hallmarking on special pieces

For pieces where it is not technically possible to comply with hallmarking obligations (whether by punch or plate), the metal "purity" and the ARISTOCRAZY identification will be indicated with a label.

3-year manufacturing warranty

Aristocrazy follows European consumer regulations and offers a (3) three-year warranty on its products against manufacturing defects.

All Aristocrazy jewellery and watches come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or hidden faults.

We are pleased to inform you that Aristocrazy has an after-sales service for its customers, so you can bring your piece to your nearest point of sale to have it assessed in person.

It is essential to bring the purchase receipt in order to apply the warranty terms.

If you do not have it, the 3-year warranty period has expired, or the issue is not covered by the warranty, please note that the service has a cost.

Regarding prices, the store will inform you as it depends on the repair your jewellery requires. This is subject to the repair being possible.
